These Terms & Conditions apply to all registrations for Leaders Hive masterclasses, workshops, and related events (“Masterclass”).
- About Leaders Hive
1.1 The Masterclass is organized and delivered by Leaders Hive, LLC (“Leaders Hive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1.2 By registering for a Masterclass, you (“you” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 All registrations are subject to acceptance and availability.
1.4 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may publicly acknowledge your attendance or partnership (including on social media).
- Registration, Pricing & Payment
2.1 Pricing is listed on our website or registration page and may change at any time prior to booking confirmation.
2.2 Payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3 Your registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
2.4 We reserve the right to cancel your registration if payment is not received.
2.5 Except as expressly stated in Section 4, all fees are non-refundable.
- Substitutions
3.1 If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another participant at no additional charge.
3.2 Written notice of substitution must be received at least 48 hours prior to the Masterclass.
- Changes, Postponement & Cancellation
4.1 We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the Masterclass, including content, speakers, venue, schedule, or format (including transitioning to virtual delivery).
4.2 If we postpone the Masterclass, you may:
- Transfer your registration to the rescheduled date; or
- Receive a credit toward a future Leaders Hive Masterclass (valid for 12 months).
4.3 If we cancel the Masterclass, you may choose either:
- A full refund of fees paid; or
- A credit toward a future Masterclass.
4.4 If you choose not to attend or are unable to attend, registration fees remain non-refundable.
4.5 Leaders Hive is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other related expenses.
- Intellectual Property
5.1 All presentations, materials, recordings, and resources (“Content”) are the property of Leaders Hive or the respective rights holder.
5.2 Content is provided for personal or internal business use only.
5.3 You may not record, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or commercially exploit any Content without prior written consent.
5.4 Masterclass content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
- Limitation of Liability
6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leaders Hive’s total liability arising out of or related to a Masterclass shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that Masterclass.
6.2 Leaders Hive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business opportunities, data, or goodwill.
6.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
- Code of Conduct
7.1 Leaders Hive Masterclasses are professional environments. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, inappropriate, discriminatory, or harmful to others.
7.2 No refund will be issued in such cases.
- Force Majeure
Leaders Hive shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, venue closures, or technical disruptions.
- Privacy
9.1 By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your information for event administration and related communications.
9.2 We may share limited attendee information (such as name, title, and company) with event partners or sponsors where applicable.
9.3 You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, US.
